( Back )

Answer #1:

Totally Honest 0%

Answer #2:

1.5 percent and it usually goes back to 0 percent because the one/two people get fired for being honest.

Answer #3:

I was a broker until the bubble burst. Industry-wide it's not that bad... better than car dealers anyways!

Answer #4:

Not any of the good ones

Answer #5:

maybe 1% if that.

Answer #6:

0.0%

Answer #7:

0.1

The ..1 was my relator! Great nice woman. Still calls me and asks me how the house is.

Answer #8:

They are salesmen. They might not directly lie, but will try to maximize their profits.

Answer #9:

In my experience, none.

The number one lie is, "Someone else is interested, so if you want to make an offer you had better do it quickly." Don't bite, Billy! It's always a lie and learned selling strategy.

Answer #10:

money rules today!
world trade is corrupt
80% are honest

Answer #11:

i'd have to say they're somewhat more honest than a used car salesman... but that's because of the consumer protection laws enacted to shield homebuyers from disreputable agents.

case in point: about a year ago, a dishonest realtor in berks county, PA was convicted of bilking his clients to the tune of tens of millions of dollars... a lot of working people lost everything because of his shenanigans.

he was sentenced to 15 years in the state penitentiary - "hard time" at the Camp Hill state prison.

i've never heard of a used car salesman going to jail.
.

Answer #12:

You can figure most of those that are slow in good times are honest. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and say 25%.

Answer #13:

2%!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

:-)
